The invention relates to mobile ground installations generating functional aerosols for dispersing clouds and fog, preventing the hail from falling out and artificially increasing the amounts of precipitation.The ground anti-hail installation comprises a framed carcass 1 with panels 2 fixed thereon, forming a casing, in which are placed a cylindrical vertical exhaust pipe 5 and a capacity 3 with compressed air, communicating with a sealed tank 4 with a mixture of reagents. The casing is provided with a hinged shelf 7, mounted on a side panel 2 with the possibility of fixing it horizontally and fixing the exhaust pipe 5 thereon with pins 18. The shelf 7 is provided in the upper part with a flame burning stabilization ring 17 and in the lower part - with a portable block of nozzles 11, on which is installed a fuel injector 10, connected by means of a pressure hose 9 to the tank 4.
