PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable making an occupying space of an apparatus compact even when making an area large of a part that slowly releases a material that functions as an electron donor that becomes an energy source of a microbe.SOLUTION: A belt-like bag 10 accommodating a belt-like container 4 in which a material 3 that is composed by a non-porous membrane 2 and functions as an electron donor that becomes an energy source of a microbe is charged in an inside is wound around a frame body 12 to prevent adherence of the bags 10 by using a spacer 13, and the material 3 that functions as an electron donor that becomes an energy source of a microbe is made to slowly release from the non-porous membrane 2.【課題】微生物のエネルギー源になる電子供与体として機能する物質を徐放させる部分の面積を大きなものとしながらも装置の占有スペースをコンパクトにすることを可能とする。【解決手段】非多孔性膜２で構成されると共に微生物のエネルギー源になる電子供与体として機能する物質３が充填される帯状の容器４を内部に収容した帯状の袋１０を、スペーサー１３を用いて袋１０同士の密着を防いで枠体１２に巻き回し、微生物のエネルギー源になる電子供与体として機能する物質３を非多孔性膜２から徐放させるようにした。【選択図】図１
