摘要：: The present invention relates to a novel compound, a preparation method therefor and a pharmaceutical composition containing same as an active ingredient for preventing or treating diseases associated with poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase-1 (PARP-1). A novel PARP-1 inhibiting compound, according to the present invention, exhibits an excellent PARP-1 inhibition effect at a nanomole-level concentration, and further, exhibits an excellent cell protection effect (apoptosis inhibition effect) for eye diseases or disorders, specifically, retinal disorders, and thus has an effect of being useful as a pharmaceutical composition containing same as an active ingredient for preventing or treating diseases associated with PARP-1, for example, eye diseases or disorders.La présente invention concerne un nouveau composé, son procédé de préparation et une composition pharmaceutique le contenant en tant que principe actif pour la prévention ou le traitement de maladies associées au poly (ADP-ribose) polymérase -1 (PARP -1). Un nouveau composé inhibiteur de PARP -1, selon la présente invention, présente un excellent effet d'inhibition de PARP -1 à une concentration de niveau de nanomole, et présente en outre un excellent effet de protection cellulaire (effet d'inhibition de l'apoptose) pour des maladies ou des troubles oculaires, en particulier des troubles de la rétine, et possède ainsi un effet utile en tant que composition pharmaceutique le contenant en tant que principe actif pour prévenir ou traiter des maladies associées à PARP -1, par exemple, des maladies ou des troubles oculaires.본 발명은 신규한 화합물, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 폴리(ADP-리보스)폴리머라제-1(PARP-1) 관련 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 신규 PARP-1 억제 화합물은 나노몰 단위의 농도에서 우수한 PARP-1 억제 효과를 나타내고, 나아가, 안과 질환 또는 장애, 구체적으로 망막 질환에 우수한 세포 보호 효과(세포 사멸 억제 효과)를 나타내어, 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 PARP-1 관련 질환, 예를 들어 안과 질환 또는 장애의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물로서 유용한 효과가 있다.
