PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate such trouble that a film sheet is entwined with a transporting conveyor part in a harvester designed to nip subterranean stem crops planted in a field covered with the film sheet with the uprooting transporting conveyor, to uproot the crops and to transport the uprooted crops.SOLUTION: The harvester for the subterranean stem crops includes film sheet-pressing rollers 30a disposed in nearly right-left symmetry on the right and left of a nipping starting end 6d of the uprooting transporting conveyor and the plurality of pressing rollers 30a, respectively installed on the right and left in the front and rear.
