PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material for rice processed food preventing an outer sheet from being cut from notches unintentionally.SOLUTION: There is provided a packaging material 1 for rice processed food having an outer sheet 3 splittable in other direction orthogonal to a direction, the outer sheet 3 has an outer sheet body with a side capable of surrounding rice processed food and a crossing pair of cut tapes 3b arranged so that one direction is a longer direction.
