The present invention relates to a composition for alleviating skin aging, the composition comprising a functional peptide and a fermentation product. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cosmetic material composition and a functional food composition for alleviating skin aging, wherein the cosmetic material composition comprises, as active ingredients, hexapeptide-9, hexapeptide-11, hexapeptide palmitate-67, acetylhexapeptide-8, acetyl tetrapeptide-5, a polyglutamic acid, a mixed fermentation product of ice plants and collagen, and a mixed fermentation product of orange rind and lemon rind, which exhibit effects of inhibiting collagenase activities and promoting collagen production in cells. The composition for alleviating skin aging according to the present invention decomposes collagen in skin cells to inhibit the activity of collagenase that affects skin aging, and exhibits an effect of promoting the production of collagen in cells, thereby being very useful in the production of a cosmetic material composition or a functional food composition for alleviating skin aging.본 발명은 기능성 펩타이드와 발효물로 이루어진 피부노화 개선용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 콜라게나제 활성을 저해하고 세포 내 콜라겐 생성을 촉진하는 효과를 나타내는 트헥사펩타이드-9, 헥사펩타이드-11, 헥사펩타이드 팔미테이트-67, 아세틸헥사펩타이드-8, 아세틸 테트라펩타이드-5 및 폴리글루탐산, 아이스플랜트와 콜라겐의 혼합 발효물 및 오렌지 과피와 레몬 과피의 혼합 발효물을을 유효성분으로 포함하는 피부노화 개선용 화장료 조성물 및 기능성 식품 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 피부노화 개선용 조성물은 피부 세포 내 콜라겐을 분해하여 피부노화생성에 영향을 주는 콜라게나제의 활성을 억제시키고 세포 내 콜라겐 생성을 촉진하는 효과를 나타내어 피부 피부노화 개선용 화장료 조성물 또는 기능성 식품 조성물 제조에 매우 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
