To materialize a medicine folding machine which, even if a medicine packaging device and a lower part medicine collection mechanism are arranged in front and behind, enables separate cleaning or the like for both and which also makes installation at the window possible.SOLUTION: In assembling a base part 40 into the middle stage of a housing 11, a first drawer member 41 is interposed, with the base part 40 made drawable in front from the housing 11. In placing a medicine packaging device 30 and a lower part medicine collection mechanism 20 on the base part 40 in front and behind arrangement, a second drawer member is interposed, with the lower part medicine collection mechanism 20 allowed to recede from the base part 40. If the lower part medicine collection mechanism 20 is divided into a packing device corresponding part 21, a medicine storage corresponding part 22 in the rear, and their merging part downward 23, the packaging device corresponding part 21 and the medicine storage corresponding part 22 are allowed to recede.
