PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pest control system which improves an insect-catching efficiency by widely obtaining an illuminance necessary for attracting insects even when using at least one light source and having a low-cost structure.SOLUTION: The pest control system 1 includes the attracting light source 2, an adhesive sheet 8 to capture insects, a reflector 9 that reflects a light irradiated from the attracting light source 2, and a base 10 on which the attracting light source 2 and the reflector 9 are mounted. The system 1 also includes a light distribution angle adjuster 13 for adjusting a mounting angle of the reflector 9 to the base 10, and an illuminance controller 14 for controlling the illuminance of the light from the attracting light source 2. The light distribution angle adjuster 13 and the illuminance controller 14 operate in conjunction with each other to provide the constant illuminance to an irradiation object of the light. Because the irradiation direction of the light irradiated from the attracting light source 2 is variable by the reflector 9 and the light illuminance in the irradiation object can be retained constantly, the illuminance necessary to attract insects to the adhesive sheet 8 can be obtained over the wide range without installing a plurality of attracting light sources 2.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】害虫防除システムにおいて、少なくとも1つの光源を用いて低コストな構成でありながら、虫誘引のために必要な照度を広範囲で得、補虫効率の向上を実現する。【解決手段】害虫防除システム1は、誘引光源2と、虫を捕獲するための粘着シート8と、誘引光源2から照射される光を反射する反射板9と、誘引光源2及び反射板9が取り付けられる基台10とを備える。またシステム1は、基台10に対する反射板9の取り付け角度を調整する配光角度調整部13と、誘引光源2による光の照度を制御する照度制御部14とを備える。配光角度調整部13と照度制御部14とが互いに連動して光の照射対象に一定の照度を与えるように動作する。誘引光源2から照射された光は反射板9により照射方向が可変であり、かつ照射対象における光照度を一定に保持できるので、誘引光源2を複数設けなくとも、虫を粘着シート8へ誘引するのに必要な照度が広範囲に渡って得られる。【選択図】図3
