Provided is a medical dressing patch which is used to simultaneously protect and treat an injury to a skin such as burns, wounds, and traumas, and a method and an apparatus for manufacturing the medical dressing patch, and more particularly, to a medical dressing patch including: a release paper and an adhesive sheet which is fixed to an upper portion of the release paper and attached to a skin, in which the release paper includes a fixing release paper, and a separation release paper which is fixed to the fixing release paper through a cut-out portion and a connecting portion formed on the fixing release paper, and positioned such that a predetermined region of the separation release paper overlaps a lower surface of the adhesive sheet so that the separation release paper is separated together with the adhesive sheet when the adhesive sheet is separated from the fixing release paper, and a method and an apparatus for manufacturing the medical dressing patch.
