PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly suck body fluids in the trachea of a patient by setting a leading end part of a body fluid suction tool for sucking the body fluids such as phlegm or saliva in the trachea, in a proper posture.SOLUTION: In the body fluid suction tool for sucking the body fluids such as phlegm or saliva in the trachea, a sidewall surrounding a suction flow channel is constituted of an upper sidewall having a circular arc cross-sectional shape protruding upward and am under sidewall formed between the right and left end parts of the upper sidewall, and the leading end part of the under sidewall is removed to form a suction port. Especially, the leading end part of the sidewall is curved downward. Further, an openable/closable slit usually hermetically closed and opened according to load is formed on the side of the base end part of the suction port of the upper sidewall. Furthermore, a stopper extended right and left in order to prevent falling of the sidewall to set the suction port to a normal state is formed in the under sidewall.
