The present invention relates to a novel substituted thiazolyl pyrazolo pyridine compound and a medicinal use thereof. Specifically, the present invention relates to a compound as represented by Formula I, an isomer and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt and solvate thereof. The definitions of each substituent are as presented in the description. The present invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound, and a use of the compound in the preparation of a medicament for use in the treatment and/or prevention of cardiovascular-related diseases or symptoms.
