PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a renewable energy utilization system that promotes activities of a living thing and accelerates its growth by giving the living thing a stimulus that changes at random, instead of a constant stimulus.SOLUTION: Electric energy obtained from renewable energy 2 is supplied directly to water 4 or soil 8 to give a random stimulus to a living thing. The renewable energy 2 is obtained by small and medium-sized wind power generation, photovoltaic generation, or small-sized hydraulic power generation. Light is irradiated to the water 4 or the soil 8. A coil 9 is buried in the soil 8, or the coil is disposed in the water 4.
