PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container filling system and an electron beam sterilization unit for controlling the flow of ozone into a filler section and for securing the cleanness of air in the filler section.SOLUTION: This container filling system 1 includes a section 34 for electron beam sterilization which irradiates a container with electron beams for sterilizing the container and a filler section 37 for filling a content in the container which has passed the section 34.
