PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote controller suitable for visually recognizing changes or the like in metabolism data with a simple configuration, and to provide a health management system using the same.SOLUTION: In the system, when a user operates an operation means of a remote controller 21, a TV portal site is displayed. When the operation means 41 is operated after the TV portal site is displayed, the metabolism data is transmitted to an audio video device, such as a television 22 or the like, and processed information of the metabolism data is displayed by a center server 35.
