PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underpants type disposable diaper which can stand by itself on a plane.SOLUTION: An underpants type disposable diaper comprises: a liquid absorbent absorber comprising a vertical direction and a lateral direction which crosses the vertical direction a belly side waistline part which is positioned on one side of a longitudinal direction of the absorber, and positioned on a belly side of a wearer when being worn by the wearer and a back side waistline part which is positioned on the other side of the longitudinal direction of the absorber, and which is positioned on a back side of the wearer when being worn by the wearer. The absorber comprises a pair of high rigidity parts which are provided at a prescribed interval in the lateral direction, and have rigidity higher than that of other areas along the longitudinal direction, and a pair of leakage prevention walls along the longitudinal direction are provided on outside of the absorber in the lateral direction, and the leakage prevention walls comprise respectively, a junction where surfaces on one side of the thickness direction are jointed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
