PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a height detecting device of a combine harvester that can restrain grain culm from being caught.SOLUTION: A height detecting device 100 of a combine harvester comprises a bracket 101, a unit body 110, a potentiometer 111, and a grounding body 112. The bracket 101 is fixed to a grass dividing body 51 of the combine harvester 1. The unit body 110 is attached to the bracket 101 so as to be rotatable around a first rotating shaft 107. The potentiometer 111 detects the rotational position of the unit body 110 around the first rotating shaft 107.
