PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily replace a stand member of a motor-driven reel as a fisher likes.SOLUTION: The motor-driven reel includes a first cover 50 removably attached to the lower portion of a reel body 1, and a second cover 60 removably attached to the lower portion of the reel body 1 in place of the first cover 50 and to which the stand member 70 is removably attached, the second cover 60 being used exclusively for attaching the stand member 70. A fifth locking unit 60f at the rear end of the second cover 60 is locked to a fourth locked unit 70d at the rear end of the stand member 70. The sixth locking unit 70c of the stand member 70 is locked to the third locked unit 60d of the second cover 60.
