PURPOSE: An apparatus for synchronizing clocks between devices of an MRI(Magnetic Resonance Imaging) system for synchronizing clocks between a central control device and an RF(Radio Frequency) coil and a method thereof are provided synchronize clocks between the central control device and the RF coil, thereby removing the influence of image filming performed through the MRI system.CONSTITUTION: A synchronizing device for synchronizing clocks between a central control device and an RF coil which are wirelessly connected in an MRI system includes a receiver(110) for receiving a first clock from the central control device. The synchronizing device includes a synchronization block(120) for synchronizing a second clock of the RF coil into the received first clock. The receiver interrupts the reception of the first clock from the central control device in the synchronized state of the second clock and the first clock.
