Substituted 2-[2-(phenyl)ethylamino]alkaneamide derivatives, pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and pharmaceutical compositions containing them are useful as sodium and/or calcium channel modulators for preventing, alleviating and curing pathologies wherein the above mechanisms play a pathological role. The compounds may be particularly used for the prevention, alleviation, and curing of, for example, neurological, cognitive, psychiatric, inflammatory, urogenital, and gastrointestinal diseases.本發明係關於式(I)之經取代之2-[2-(苯基)乙胺]烷醯胺衍生物其中，X、Y、Z、R、R1、R2、R3、R'3、R4、R5、R6、R7具有說明書中所定義的意義，及其醫藥學上可接受之鹽，含有其作為活性成分之醫藥組成物，及其作為鈉及/或鈣通道調節劑以用於預防、減輕及治療範圍廣泛的病症，包括，但不限於，神經、認知、精神、發炎、泌尿生殖及胃腸疾病之用途，其中上述機制係經描述為扮演病理角色。
