PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food production system for reproducing conscientiously flavor of food from which a database is compiled.SOLUTION: A food production system includes: a tasting part for detecting flavor of flavored food and a control part for adjusting flavor based on flavor data, and on a difference between data of the flavor of the flavored food detected by the tasting part and flavor data read out from a data storage part. Therefor, the flavor data in the data storage part approximately agrees with the flavor data of the flavored food.
