The power transmission system including a drive pulley, a driven pulley, a tensioning pulley, a flexible coupling and a swing member. The drive pulley is coupled to the first structural member, and the driven pulley is coupled to the second structural member. The flexible connection transmits the force from the drive pulley to the driven pulley, and is in contact with the tensioning pulley.
