The invention relates to a three-dimensional ultrasonic image tracking system for an extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy machine. The three-dimensional ultrasonic image tracking system is to construct a three-dimensional ultrasonic image database of calculi for a patient in a computer system in advance, in which a two-dimensional ultrasonic scanner is utilized to acquire calculi image slices by scanning the patients calculi step by step, and then the calculi image slices acquired in the scanning process are reconstructed to compose the three-dimensional ultrasonic image database. The three-dimensional ultrasonic images are served as a reference database for the three-dimensional tracking system. After that, two-dimensional ultrasonic calculi image slices which are immediately accessed in the scanning process during an extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy are compared with data of the above-mentioned three-dimensional ultrasonic image database so as to analyze correlations and an optimum position, enabling the patients calculi to be immediately moved within a focus of shock waves of the extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy machine so as to perform the extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy on the patients calculi at an optimal and accurate position.一種體外震波碎石機之3D超音波影像追蹤系統,預先在電腦系統中建構一病患之3D超音波結石影像資料庫,係以2D超音波掃描儀逐步掃描病患之結石超音波影像切面,並且將掃描所得到之所有2D超音波影像切面重組,構成3D超音波影像資料庫,此時3D超音波影像將作為3D追蹤系統的參考資料庫,之後將碎石治療時所掃描到之即時擷取的2D超音波結石影像切面來與前述之3D超音波結石影像資料庫作比對及分析相關性與最佳位置,使得病患之結石可以即時移動到體外震波碎石機之震波聚焦點內而得以最佳之正確位置進行碎石治療。101、102、103、104、105、106、107、108、109...步驟
