PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral biofilm removing agent and compositions for oromucosal application highly effective in chemical removing of biofilm, a cause of dental caries.SOLUTION: The invention provides an oral biofilm removing agent comprising (A) &alpha-olefinsulfonate salt (A-1), (B) dextranase and (C) sugar alcohol, or comprising (A) alkylsulfoacetate salt (A-2) and (B) dextranase. The invention also provides a composition for oromucosal application comprising (A) &alpha-olefinsulfonate salt (A-1), (B) dextranase and (C) sugar alcohol, or comprising (A) alkylsulfoacetate salt(A-2) and (B) dextranase, where the content of (C) sugar alcohol is 5-35 mass% of the composition.
