PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cancer therapeutic agent comprising an antibody to a cancer-specific membrane antigen achieving reduction in the invalid examples of a trastuzumab.SOLUTION: The cancer therapeutic agent comprises an antibody having antibody-dependent cell cytotoxicity activity to a cancer-specific membrane antigen expressed in epithelial cancer cells.
