PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture needle cartridge by which a puncture operation can be performed appropriately.SOLUTION: A puncture needle cartridge includes a lancet body 6 having a puncture needle cover 9 on the front end side and a fracture part 10 in the intermediate part, and a lancet case 7 attached to the outer periphery of the lancet body 6. A separation body 65 is provided to the front end of the lancet body 6 that separates the side in front of the fracture part 10 from the side at the rear of the fracture part 10. The separation body 65 includes a base surface part 66, a side surface part 67, right and left movable surface parts 68, and a fitting part 69. A connection beam 71 is provided to the right and left movable surface parts 68 of the separation body 65 for connecting the right and left movable surface parts 68. The connection beam 71 is fractured after the fracture part 10 of the lancet body 6 is fractured.
