The present invention relates to a novel pharmaceutical composition of Tamoxifen for enhancing its anti-cancer efficacy with reduced toxicity. The composition is in a form of a self-nanoemulsifying drug delivery system (SNEDDS) comprising along with Tamoxifen, an oily phase, a surfactant and a co-surfactant.Linvention concerne une nouvelle composition pharmaceutique de tamoxifène pouvant améliorer son efficacité anti-cancéreuse pour une toxicité réduite. La composition se présente sous la forme dun système dadministration de médicament auto-nanoémulsifiant (SNEDDS) comprenant, outre le tamoxifène, une phase huileuse, un tensioactif et un co-tensioactif.
