The present invention relates to a compound having the general formula. These compounds specifically block the early formation of toxic protein aggregation, e.g. the formation of Αβ oligomers, in a human or animal body. These compounds specifically target very early toxic protein aggregations and have a high affinity to proteins which are known to be involved in protein aggregation in neurodegenerative disorder such as amyloid β. Furthermore the compounds are stable in plasma and solution and are able to easily cross the blood brain barrier at high AUC brain / blood ratios.La présente invention concerne un composé de formule générale suivante.
