The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating or preventing thrombosis diseases, and to a thrombogenesis inhibitor. The pharmaceutical composition and the thrombogenesis inhibitor according to the present invention use a material extracted from a natural material, and thus inhibit thrombogenesis by inhibiting the coagulation of platelets without a side effect. In particular, even when the pharmaceutical composition or the thrombogenesis inhibitor is used for a long time or a large quantity thereof is used, proteins other than thrombus are not decomposed. Thus, there is not a side effect (blooding delay problem) shown when a blood barrier or other proteins in blood are decomposed, and a thrombogenesis inhibiting effect can be sufficiently achieved even through oral administration. Such an effect is ensured by remarkably remedying a side effect of a conventional thrombogenesis inhibitor.
