PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a safety confirmation device for a solitary aged person to notify a watcher of safety information with improved accuracy without a burden to force the aged person to take different action from usual.SOLUTION: A subject is requested to attach an activity meter used for an individual person to learn their health state or a similar short-range communication device. A safety information reception and transfer device placed in a bath room detects the short-range communication device attached to the subject. A safety information management device provides a watcher accurate safety information on the subject by determining that the subject enters the bath room by detecting the short-range communication device by the safety information reception and transfer device, and the subject exits by not detecting it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】独居老人の安否確認装置において、老人に普段とは違う行動を強いるこという負担なく精度のより精度の高い安否情報をみまもり者に知らせることを目的とするものである。【解決手段】個人が自身の健康状態を知るために使用されている活動量計もしくは類似の近距離通信装置を被観察者に体に装着してもらい、トイレに置かれた安否情報受信・転送装置により近距離通信装置を体に装着した被観察者がトイレに置かれた安否情報受信・転送装置でその近距離通信装置を感知することでトイレの入室、非感知でトイレの出室と判断することにより被観察者の正確な安否情報をみまもり者に提供する安否情報管理装置である。【選択図】図１
