The vessel body and internal vessel are each opened at the top； and a plurality of support legs(36) are formed at the lower surface of the internal vessel.본 발명은 발효기용 발효용기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 발효용기(30)의 용기본체(31) 내부에 형성되는 장착공간(31a)에는 내부용기(34)가 착탈가능하게 설치된다. 상기 내부용기(34)의 내부에는 발효시키기 위한 식품이 수납되는 수납공간(34a)이 구비된다. 그리고 상기 내부용기(34)의 바닥면 일부가 상기 수납공간(34a)의 내부로 돌출되어 형성되는 돌기부(35)가 구비된다. 또한 상기 내부용기(34)의 저면에는 상기 용기본체(31)의 바닥면에 지지되는 다수개의 지지레그(36)가 구비되고, 상기 내부용기(34)의 테두리면 외측 상단에는 상기 용기본체(31)의 테두리면 내측 상단에 밀착되는 밀착리브(37)가 구비된다. 한편 상기 내부용기(34)의 테두리면 및 바닥면과 상기 돌기부(35)의 테두리면에는 상기 수납공간(34a)에 수납되는 식품과 공기가 고르게 접촉될 수 있도록 하는 역할을 하는 동시에 식품을 발효하는 과정에서 발생하는 수분이 상기 장착공간(31a)의 하부로 이동되도록 하기 위한 다수개의 통공(38)이 각각 형성된다. 그리고 상기 장착공간(31a)을 선택적으로 개폐하기 위한 용기뚜껑(39)이 구비된다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의한 발효기용 발효용기에 의하면, 보다 효율적인 식품의 발효를 기대할 수 있게 된다.
