PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide artificial soil particles having high durability and easy handling while maintaining basic performance as soil.SOLUTION: An artificial soil particle 100 comprising a particulate matter 50 including a fiber 10 and a filler 20 is provided. In the particulate matter 50, the fiber 10 and the filler 20 are bonded by a binder 30 containing a polyolefin resin and a hydrophilic latex.
