The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing glazed pig&primes feet with a ginseng extract which comprises: a first of extracting 10,000 ± 1000 cc of a ginseng extract in an extraction tank a second step of preparing pig&primes feet by washing 1-5 kg of pig&primes feet, removing fine hairs, and then scoring the pig&primes feet with a knife a third step of soaking the pig&primes feet from the second step in purified water for 4-5 hours so as to remove blood and foreign matter from the pig&primes feet a fourth step of preparing the following steps by putting 50 ± 5 ml of refined rice wine, 5 ± 4 g of whole peppers, 5 ± 4 g of bay leaves, and the pig&primes feet from the third step in a tank and steaming the same at 70 ± 10°C for 30 ± 5 minutes so as to remove a unique bad smell of the pig&primes feet a fifth step of putting 10,000 ± 1000 cc of the ginseng extract from the first step on the pig&primes feet without the soup generated by the fourth step, and soaking the same for 24 hours for aging a sixth step of steaming the pigs feet and the ginseng extract of the fifth step at high temperatures of 85 ± 5°C for 2-3 hours a seventh step of transferring the pig&primes feet to another tank filled with 5000 cc of the ginseng extract after the sixth step and putting 150 cc of a thick soy sauce, 60 g of green onions, 300 g of onions, 60 g of ginger, 10 g of dried chili peppers, 5 g of licorice, and 300 cc of oligosaccharide in the same, and then steaming at low temperature of 50 ± 5°C for 3-4 hours.
