PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device which enables a light source to be replaced and inhibits deterioration of luminance.SOLUTION: A lighting device 10 includes: a light guide plate 20; a heat sink 50; and a light source holding member 60. The heat sink 50 includes an erection part 52 which is erected from an edge part toward the light guide plate 20 side and faces a side surface 21 of the light guide plate 20. The light source holding member 60 is formed so as to be attached to or detached from the erection part 52 holding light sources 61 on a surface 64 facing the side surface 21 of the light guide plate 20 and slide in a second direction. The light source holding member 60 includes a flat spring part 69 including a bending part 691 which bends in the second direction 92 so as to protrude to the erection part 52 side. The erection part 52 includes a recessed part 53 pressed by the flat spring part 69.
