PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat generator capable of causing an exothermic composition to generate heat quickly.SOLUTION: A heat generator 1 comprises: an exothermic composition 2 which generates heat and discharges steam by contact with the air； and a storage bag 3 which stores the exothermic composition 2.
