PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for producing baked cheese cakes from which baked cheese cakes are produced by only baking after squeezing as it is, without complex work such as mixing raw materials.SOLUTION: A composition for producing baked cheese cakes is obtained by blending 5-20 wt.% of whole egg, 10-60 wt.% of fermented milk, 2.5-10 wt.% of starch derived from peas, 10-25 wt.% of sugar relative to whole raw materials, and a tasting raw material, followed by kneading while heating. The tasting raw material is one or more foodstuffs selected from cream cheese, milk, cream, egg, and chocolate.
