The present invention relates to a fluid injection needle unit having a stick injury prevention function. More specifically the present invention relates to a fluid injection needle unit having a stick injury preventing function which is capable of: improving the shape of a cover a needle body and a body unit coupling a cover to the lower end of a body unit after inserting a needle body of a fluid injection needle unit into a patient and detaching the needle body by means of a detach/attach means such that the needle and the needle body can be integrally inserted into the cover thereby preventing stick injury and infection resulting from injection needles.
