The present invention relates to a phantom driving device for magnetic resonance imaging and, more specifically, to a phantom driving device for magnetic resonance imaging which is made of a synthetic resin material for a phantom not to interrupt a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus and especially organizes all of the driving unit by a piston method of the synthetic resin material, thereby obtaining a necessary image when photographing by using the magnetic resonance imaging apparatus and an image for various clinic applications. The present invention is an object to be photographed by the magnetic resonance imaging apparatus. The object includes: a phantom which is made of the synthetic resin material and has organs and bones simulating a human body inside； a driving unit which is coupled to one side of the phantom to move the phantom from side to side, where every configuration is made of the synthetic resin； a control unit which controls supplying and exhausting air to the driving unit in the same way as human breathing； and an air tank which provides air to the control unit.본 발명은 자기 공명 영상용 팬톰 구동장치에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 팬톰이 자기 공명 영상장비에 방해가 되지 않도록 합성수지재로 형성되되, 특히, 구동부 전체를 합성수지재의 피스톤 방식으로 구성함으로서, 자기 공명 영상장비를 이용한 촬영 시에 쉽게 필요한 영상을 획득할 수 있고, 이로 인해 다양한 임상 응용을 위한 영상을 획득할 수 있는 자기 공명 영상용 팬톰 구동장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 자기 공명 영상 촬영 장치에 의해 촬영되는 피촬영물로서, 합성수지재로 구성되며, 내부에 인체를 모사하는 장기 및 뼈가 구비되는 팬톰； 상기 팬톰의 일측과 결합되어 팬톰을 좌우로 이동시키되, 모든 구성이 합성수지로 구성되는 구동부； 상기 구동부에 사람의 호흡과 동일하게 공기를 급기 및 배기시킬 수 있도록 제어하는 제어부； 및 상기 제어부에 공기를 공급하는 공기탱크를 포함한다.
