The installation (1) comprises one said cart (2), a filter (58) and a second cart (3), juxtaposed against said first cart (2), and of which the upper face supports said filter (58) such that an outlet point (64b) of said first pump (64) is situated substantially facing an inlet/outlet aperture (58b) of said filter (58).
