A support surface having a through-hole for fixing the bottom is formed on the bottom end of the leg unit. A connection ring is formed on the top surface formed by the top horizontal member so that a spawning plant can be connected. A main line is connected with the connection ring, and a submerged float is connected with the uppermost part of the main line. A spawning and inhabiting space for fish is provided by connecting a plurality of seaweed growing lines with a part of the main line.본 발명은 연안 해저에 인공 어소군을 형성하여 해조류 등의 수생식물을 단시간 내에 자연 또는 인공적으로 착생 및 보호 육생할 수 있도록 하기 위해 수직부재와 상부, 하부 수평부재의 조합으로 형성되는 육면체의 몸체, 몸체는 3등분으로 구분되어 각 간에는 그물망이 수직으로 형성되고, 상기 수평부재와 수직부재가 만나서 이루어지는 모서리에는 육면체의 몸체를 일정높이로 유지하도록 다리부가 형성되고, 다리부 하단 바닥에는 바닥고정용 통공을 갖는 지지면이 형성되고, 상부 수평부재가 이루는 상면에는 산란초를 연결할 수 있는 연결고리가 형성되며 연결고리에는 모릿줄이 연결되고 모릿줄 최상부에는 수중부자가 연결되며, 상기 모릿줄은 모릿줄 일부분에 해조 양성줄이 복수개 연결 결합하여 이루어진 어류의 산란 서식공간을 제공하여 수족자원의 증대를 도모한다.
