PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for pulling out cold confectionery with stick and a pull-out device capable of surely suppressing scratches on a stick and occurrence of a worn object, and improving quality of cold confectionery with stick.SOLUTION: A device 20 for pulling out cold confectionery with stick for holding a stick 7 of cold confectionery 10 with stick and pulling out the cold confectionery 10 with stick from a mold 2 comprises: a heating device 21 for heating the mold 2 from outside a transfer body 22 comprising a holding mechanism 50 for holding the pushed stick 7 and a lifting device 23 for lifting up and down the transfer body 22. The holding mechanism 50 comprises a fixing member 51, a movable member 52, and an energization member 53 for energizing the movable member 52 to a side of the fixing member 51.
