The joint unit includes a first grasping plate, and a second grasping plate. The first grasping plate has an annular gear part for defining a rotational axle. The second grasping plate and the first grasping plate commonly define an insertion space. Each adjustment module includes a rotational block and an operation unit. Each operation unit can move between a fixed position and an adjustment position relative to the first grasping plate. At the fixed position, a pull handle is axially adjacent to the first grasping plate and a limiting rod is engaged with the annular gear part of the first grasping plate, thereby making the rotational block unable to rotate around the rotational axle.
