A treatment device can have a distal portion with a therapeutic assembly including an energy delivery element and a cryogenic applicator. The energy delivery element can be configured to apply therapeutically-effective hyperthermic energy to a treatment site (e.g., for neuromodulation). The cryogenic applicator can be configured to cool tissue at least proximate the treatment site.
