The present invention, regarding a multi-structured patch for attaching teeth, relates to a patch attached to the teeth for relieving or alleviating sensitive teeth, which comprises: a first layer containing potassium salts, attached on the tooth surface； and a second layer containing water-soluble calcium salts, contacted with one side of the first layer, wherein the first layer and/or the second layer desirably contains a water-soluble polymer. The patch for attaching teeth of the present invention is useful for alleviating symptom of sensitive teeth by effectively sealing and covering a fine gap on the tooth surface, capable of delivering drugs to the desired region in a direct and concentrated manner.본 발명은 다층구조의 치아 부착용 패치에 있어서, 칼륨염을 포함하고 치면에 부착되는 제1층； 및 상기 제1층의 일면과 접하고, 수용해성 칼슘염을 포함하는 제2층을 포함하며, 바람직하게, 상기 제1층 및/또는 제2층은 수용성 폴리머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시린이 완화 또는 개선을 위한 치아 부착용 패치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 치아 부착용 패치는 원하는 부위에 직접적이고, 집중적으로 약물을 전달할 수 있으며, 치아 표면의 미세한 틈을 메워주고 감싸주는데 매우 효과적이어서 시린이 증상을 개선하는데 유용하다.
