PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection pen with dial back and last dose control.SOLUTION: A medication injection pen comprises: a housing； a dose set knob rotatable with respect to the housing to set a desired injection dose； a leadscrew provided with a thread element and advanceable in a first direction via a corresponding thread engagement, the first direction being a direction in which a medication is discharged from a cartridge； a driver rotationally fixed to the leadscrew for preventing relative rotation therebetween, the driver being rotatable in the first direction to rotate the leadscrew and advance the leadscrew in the first direction； and a setback member rotationally fixed to the driver for preventing relative rotation therebetween. The housing further comprises a flexible protrusion provided on a surface within the housing.
