PURPOSE: A production method of a sawdust mushroom culture medium is provided to culture high quality mushrooms, and to uniformly absorb the proper amount of water and air to the medium. CONSTITUTION: A sponge wick (11) or a mesh pipe (12) is inserted into a medium when forming the sawdust medium (10) inside a frame. The medium is located on a supporter of a water tank (13) for absorbing water (15) through the sponge wick or the mesh pipe to the upper side of the medium and to the entire inside of the sawdust medium.본 발명은 톱밥 버섯 배지 형성 방법에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는 배지를 형성 시킬 때 배지 안에 수분흡수력이 좋은 적당한 긁기의 스폰지심지나 또는 망사관을 적당한 간격으로 가로 세로 설치시키고 그 심지를 물에 접촉시키어 배지 속에 물과 공기가 빨리 고르게 스며들게 하고 순환 되게 하는 것에 특징이 있다.
