Provided is a method for controlling a cupping apparatus with a mobile device, which includes: executing a specific application program on a mobile device electrically connected to a vacuuming device, and connecting a cupping cup to the vacuuming device through an air conduit； operating a control procedure of the specific application program on the mobile device； driving the vacuuming device by the control procedure； and calculating the activation time of the vacuuming device and setting the pressure inside the cupping cup by the control procedure, so as to control the cupping therapy.
