It further discloses a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compounds of Formula (Ia) and the use of compounds of Formula (Ib), in particular to modulate CFTR protein or ABC protein activities.La présente invention concerne des composés de formule (Ia) (Ia) ou des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables, des hydrates, des solvates, des clathrates, des polymorphes, des stéréo-isomères de ceux-ci. L'invention concerne en outre une composition pharmaceutique comprenant les composés de formule (Ia) et l'utilisation de composés de formule (Ib), en particulier pour moduler les activités des protéines CFTR ou ABC.
