PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid chemicals ejection device capable of easily and freely changing the ejection form of liquid chemicals into a liquid state or a mousse state, and to provide a liquid chemicals ejection method using the liquid chemical ejection device.SOLUTION: The liquid chemicals ejection device 1 comprises: a vessel 3 which stores the liquid chemicals 2 in a sealable manner and communicates with an air pressure bottle 6 and a first pipe 4 or a second pipe 5 of which the tip is inserted to the vessel 3, wherein either one of following two cases can be selected: one is a case that the first pipe 4 or the second pipe 5 serves as a pipe for liquid capable of ejecting the liquid chemicals from the back end in a liquid state by the air supply from the air pressure bottle 6 and another one is a case that the first pipe 4 or the second pipe 5 serves as a pipe for mousse capable of ejecting the liquid chemicals from the back end in a mousse state by the air supply from the air pressure bottle 6.
