A system is provided for monitoring a blood pressure in real time, including a main body and a sensor including a first electrode that is disposed on one surface of the main body and in contact with a human body when the main body is worn on the human body, a second electrode that is disposed on the other surface of the main body, and configured to measure a signal relating to at least one of electrocardiogram (ECG), photoplethysmogram (PPG) and oxygen saturation (SpO2) of the human body in contact with the first electrode and the second electrode.
