The present invention relates to an in vitro model of the dermis equivalent, the method of preparation and its uses. The present invention relates more particularly a dermis equivalent in vitro in 3 dimensions (3d) comprising the dermal fibroblasts, and of the cells of the type skp included in a matrix of collagen, its process of preparation and its uses, for studying the interaction of the cells in the matrix, its use for the in vitro study of biology of the skin and its use in order to evaluate the efficacy of cosmetic active substances.
